I dont have a "one size fits all" Will.  I take the time with you to understand what you want to achieve and how we can do that in the best and most efficient way considering all circumstances.      

No two estates are ever the same and the applications for Probate and  Intestacy are also particular to your case.  I take the time to understand all the information that you provide and try and make the process as smooth and as efficient as possible 

All Estate and Trusts are different.  I have worked on Estates and Trusts (Will and Lifetime) from a few thousand pounds to over £5m. The important part for me is finding the solutions and outcomes that suit the beneficiaries and families

These can be used for a variety of reasons and there are often many advantages.  These can be used for both Probate and Intestacy matters.

I am doing many more of these where younger clients are  receiving a gift from their parents or I advise the parents/ grandparents about the gifts they are giving to their family memner to help with the purchase of a house. 

I have access to a wide range of other solicitors so if I cannot do it I usually know someone who can!
